How many people are entitled to travel on this vacation offer? The
Cabo Bonus Travel offer was designed for one
or two passengers to travel. If you have more
than two people planning to travel together,
just let us know. Assured Travel is a full-service
travel agency and we will be happy to provide
discount arrangements for your additional passengers. We want to take our children with us. Can they get the same airfare? While
we may not be able to offer the exceptional
value rate that the first two passengers are
entitled to, we will do our best to provide
you with significantly discounted air rates
for all travelers. The Travel offer says the rate is $250 USD per person. Why did your agent quote a price that was higher? The
agent probably quoted you the airfare including
all fees and taxes. Taxes and fees can run in
excess of $79.00 USD per person. Do you take care of my hotel and car? This
Bonus offer is only for discount air from San
Diego. However, our travel professionals will
gladly assist you with your hotel and/or a car,
or any other travel requirements you may have. I am scheduled to attend a business meeting in Cabo. Can I fly there and return the same day? Our
contract for this special rate requires a minimum
two (2)-night stay. You can, however, extend
your stay up to 29 days. What if I decide to stay longer than I originally purchased? Will that be OK? Changes
are not allowed on these special fares. Once
ticketed, you must travel on the itinerary that
was confirmed for you. Do I need a Passport to travel to Mexico? It
is recommended that you have a passport whenever
you travel to a foreign country. U.S. Citizens
are permitted to travel to Mexico with a government
issued photo id (such as a driver's license)
and a certified birth certificate. Non U.S.
Citizens should check with their embassy for
travel requirements as they may vary greatly.
For travel overseas and to facilitate reentry
into the U.S., a valid U.S. passport is the
best documentation available and unquestionably
proves your U.S. citizenship. I don't have a birth certificate. Where do I get one? You
should contact your birth-state office of Vital

is a helpful website with contact information. Where can I get a passport or travel visa? You
may want to visit the website www.state.gov.
This site provides information on how to obtain
either of these documents. If you do not have
access to the Internet, check with your local
United States Post Office for the location near
you that has a Passport Office. My minor children are going too. Do they need a passport? All
travelers will be required to provide a passport
or certified birth certificate. I plan to take my Mother and two children. Do I need anything else? If
minor children travel without both parents or
legal guardians, you must present a notarized
statement from the absent parent or guardian
to prove you have the non-traveling parent's
permission. I'm not divorced, my spouse is deceased. What do I do? You
will be required to provide a certified copy
of the death certificate. I don't live in California; do I have to fly out of San Diego? Yes,
in order to receive this great airfare, you
are required to depart from San Diego. We will
be happy to arrange for travel to/from your
home city if requested. You will be responsible
for the additional fare for these tickets. If
you'd like to spend time in either the San Diego or Los
Angeles area before or after your trip to Mexico, let
your travel agent know. We'll be happy to arrange
that for you. While there will be an additional
charge, our attractive rates will be utilized
to book your stay. Can I choose the airline I want to fly? Our
preferred airline partners make these low rates
available to our valued clients. What airlines will I be flying on? We
use many different airlines with regularly scheduled
service to Cabo San Lucas. These include AeroMexico
and Alaska to name a few. Can I use my Travel offer for Cabo San Lucas that gives me free room nights and my Bonus Travel offer for Cabo San Lucas that gives me the discounted air at the same time? Yes,
you may use the two together as long as you
comply with the details of participation for
both travel offers. However, everything is based
on space availability. That's why it is so important
to list two travel dates on reservation request. Can I use American currency in Cabo San Lucas? The
currency in Mexico is the Mexican Peso. However,
United States dollars are widely accepted in
Cabo San Lucas. Note: U.S. coins are not accepted
in most establishments. Exchange rates fluctuate,
so you may want to check several places before
exchanging currency. What language do they speak in Mexico? While
the native language is Spanish, English is also
widely understood, especially in the airports
and most resorts/hotels. If we want to golf or fish, will you be able to help plan these events for us? Once
you are assigned to one of our knowledgeable
agents, they will be able to help you with excursions.
In many cases, we can book them and include
the cost in your final vacation price. This
way, once you arrive in Mexico, all you have
to do is enjoy the sun and sea. If I register after the 45 days, will I still be able to travel? We
must travel the people that have complied with
the registration deadlines first, but we will
always try to fulfill your travel requests.
Just remember that everything is based on space
availability, so it is a good idea to register
early. Remember! Registering your Holiday Passports Platinum card
does not obligate you to travel. How soon after we register will our travel plans be confirmed? Receipt
of your request will be acknowledged within
14 days and you will be confirmed as soon a
possible. How soon after I am confirmed do I have to pay for my trip? Because
of the great demand for these specially priced
airline tickets to Cabo, payment is usually
due within 24 hours of confirmation of your
reservation. Your agent will go over all the
details once you are confirmed. This special
rate is only guaranteed once paid in full. I am making my reservations now to travel in about six (6) months. Can I make a deposit and make payments until the balance is paid off? Unfortunately,
we are not able to offer payment plans. Our
inventory is capacity controlled. In order for
us to maintain these exceptionally low fares,
we must pay for the seats when confirmed. After I arrive in Mexico, how do I get to my hotel? Our
friendly staff will be happy to advise you on
available transportation options. This
travel offer does not include a hotel or resort
stay. Our agents will be happy to help you select
the accommodations best suited for your vacation
and book them for you. Just let them know you
want us to take care of it for you when we are
booking your airline tickets. I bought my airline tickets but my boss won't give me the time off to travel. How do I get my money back? Regrettably,
once confirmed, we are unable to change the
tickets or refund your money. Please plan ahead
before finalizing your purchase. My 18-year-old is graduating from high school. Can I buy tickets to Cabo for him and a classmate? One
person must be at least 21 years of age to utilize
this fabulous offer. We
will send you a reservation request form with
your airline tickets. If you decide to travel
again on this exciting offer, just fill it out
and send it to us. Our agents will be happy
to book you again! I don't want a paper ticket. Is that OK? Sorry,
the airline determines the policy for these
tickets. We cannot guarantee you will be issued
an electronic ticket. I don't plan to go to Cabo; can I get my money back for this offer? Passport
offers are not redeemable for cash or any other
consideration. You may want to give it to a
friend or family member if you are unable to
utilize it. What happens if I don't get to travel before December 15, 2017? Assured
Travel works diligently to develop these terrific
travel discounts. If this offer becomes unavailable,
we will do everything we can to offer a similar
or better travel opportunity. What are all of the numbers at the bottom of my travel card? These
are registration numbers issued by the states
that require them. Where is my Holiday Passports Platinum number? It
is located on the back of your Holiday Passports Platinum card. Assured Travel I sent my reservation request last month and I've already received my confirmation letter. When do I send my money? The
letter you received was an acknowledgment letter
to let you know we received your request. You
will not receive a confirmation letter until
your travel agent finalizes your reservation
and you have paid in full. I don't want to send my payment now; can I just pay when I get to the airport? No,
these special fares are only available from
Assured Travel and must be paid within 24-48
hours to guarantee the reservation. What is CSA Travel Protection Insurance? This
provides you with coverage in the event you
are unable to travel due to a covered emergency.
It is available at additional cost. Just let
your agent know if you would like additional
information or go to www.csatravelprotection.com. Is this price good to other cities in Mexico? While
we have discount fares available to many cities
in Mexico, this special fare is only available
to Cabo. As a full-service travel agency, we
will be happy to provide travel arrangements
to any city that you choose. I have frequent flyer miles; will I be able to upgrade? Unfortunately,
due to the especially low rate, available only
to Holiday Passports Platinum owners, upgrades are not
permitted. I checked with the airline and they quoted a much higher price. How can you offer such a great deal? Assured
Travel has secured these terrific rates from
our airline partners based on our volume of
business to Cabo. Usually
about $79.00, this includes the Mexican departure
tax each departing passenger is required to
pay. Can I give this to a friend or family member? Absolutely!
As long as they meet the requirements described
in the Details of Participation. You can go
on-line and assign the Bonus Travel offer to
either a friend or a family member. We do ask that you provide
them with a copy of the Travel offer and Details
of Participation to ensure they understand their
